New betta fish care help?
hey, i just got a new betta fish a few hours ago and i put it in a 10 gallon tank that i already had ready before i bought the fish. i know bettas are tropical fish but my parents wont let me buy a heater and the water seems a little cold. i already put warm water in but the overall tank still feels cold and my betta seems lethargic. is it just cause its still new to its new home ? if not, what should i do? ive already filled the tank almost to the top

Tips on male betta fish care?
Hi i recently got my second male betta fish.. my last one died after a year.. he got sick and i don't think it was neccessarily my fault.. but could've been prevented. i had found out after he died about things that you can do to increase your betta's life span and contentness.. just wanted to make sure i got it right this time ... i've figured out the temperature.. best food... tank... but i have one more questionis it okay to have air flow in it's tank?.. i got a better tank for my new fish.. would it be best to have the air jet off? 2 gallons ..as well is there specific movement swimming that are bad signs that i should notice if there is ever something wrong?any cleaning tips on a 2 gallon tank? or steps?thanks for the help.. and any other less common tips would be appreciated

Betta Fish Care?
I have just noticed that my betta fish has an air bubble inside its tail fin right on the tip. Has anyone ever seen anything like this? I need to know it this is something to worry about or if I am freaking out over nothing. Just don't want anything to happen to my little guy.

Female Betta Fish Care Help?
never took care of a betta before. i just got a female betta fish from PetSmart she was in a cup I put tap water into a goldfish bowl about 7 pints and I put 42 drops of SplendidBetta water conditioner calls for 6 drops pint . I let that water sit over night and than I eased her in the bowl. I took some old water out and put new water into the cup. than continued till the cup was almost all new water. than i put her in the bowl. the bowl has NOTHING in it. i got home and saw that she lost almost all her color. she used to be red but now she's almost all silverish and pale pink. i dont know if it's b c she's adjusting or if the temp is wrong or pH. i dont have a pH tester or a heater. is she stressed? oh and if you have any first time betta care info? thank you

I need help with Betta fish care? =(?
So i have a Betta fish and It's a male. I have had it for about a week and it has many bubble nest which I researched means it's happy. Well I care for my fish like it is a dog not the same way I mean like you don't take fish on a walk and stuff haha. I love it soo much. I've received conflicting Betta fish care information. Feed him once or twice a day? Or just 3 times a week?
Change 25 % of his water once a week, or 1 2 of his tank, once a week. Change all of his water once a month or never at all. Fishie is in a 1.5 gallon tank with an air pump and filter.Thank you

I recently bought a male betta fish and it is living in a filtrated one gallon tank. In the tank there are rocks, a live plant, and a treasure chest decoration. I have begun to notice small snail like things around the tank and have become concerned. Are these snails normal? Also, how often should I feed my fish? An employee at the pet store said I should feed it three pellets of betta fish food every three days.Help would be appreciated.

Hello, i'm thinking of getting a little betta fish...I was thinking of getting a little 5 gal. fish tank with a heater and a filter...All of my fish that i've had previouly always died after a couple of months and i have no luck with fish but now i want to try and get another betta and i want it to live at least a couple of years...What can i do to keep my betta happy and healthy?
